GIS and Remote Sensing Consultant, 1979 Mc in Forestry. PhD in Application of Remote Sensing for forestry. Dr Forstreuter’s experience involves working for four years for the first remote sensing company in Germany, in projects in Africa, Asia and South America. For the last seven years he has been working for GOPA-Consultants in establishment of GIS in the South Pacific, China and South America. Currently he is establishing GIS for utilities including employment of GPS and Remote Sensing under EU funding.He is currently working as a GIS and Remote Sensing Specialist for the EU funded project EDF8/F9.
