AUDIT OF PIEPSAP’S FINANCIAL ACCOUNT FOR the YEAR ENDING 1st January 2007- 31ST DECEMBER 2007

The SOPAC Secretariat invites tenders from suitably qualified auditors to undertake an audit of SOPAC’s project – Pacific Islands Energy Policy and Strategic Action Planning (PIEPSAP) financial statements for the years ending 31st December 2007, as per the UNDP Specimen Terms of Reference for Audits of NGO and NEX Projects (Annex A).

Tenders will close on Friday, 14 March 2008 and should reach the SOPAC Secretariat, Private Mail Bag, GPO, Suva, Fiji on or before this date. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. All tenders should be sealed and marked – “SOPAC/PIEPSAP – Audit TENDER�.

The Audit will need to be undertaken in accordance with the UNDP Specimen Terms of Reference as mentioned above and also Regulations 21 and 23 of the approved SOPAC Financial Regulations, copies of which can be made available on request.
