The Energy Section of the Community Lifelines Programme aims at assisting member countries in a sustainable and efficient energy supply.

The Energy Section implements activities as described in the Pacific Islands Energy Policy and Plan. In particular, regional energy sector coordination; policy and planning; renewable energy; rural and remote islands; efficiency and conservation and human and institutional capacity building activities.
